Lectern Claim -----
Claim with books in lecterns. Steal Claims. Deceive with claims in others name.- Now requires Spigot 1.18 or above.
- The /claimcontest command now uses currentTimeMillis() instead of nanoTime() to track elapsed time, since the latter is not guaranteed to work for that purpose across updates. We highly recommend ending all claim contests before updating.
