Changelog:
- Every new Book & Quill now has a claim template with instructions on how to claim chunks.
- Added config option to prevent Endermen from placing certain blocks (e.g., grass blocks) inside claims.
- Fixed visual bug when disguising.
- ProtocolLib is now truly a soft dependency (last version failed to catch an exception when ProtocolLib wasn't present).
- Certain events are now ignored when cancelled (e.g. by Anti Freecam Interactions).
