I've changed the name of this plugin to Latch's Unenchanter
With this update, the configuration file has changed to config.yml.
I've added 1.19 enchantments (Swift Sneak). I've also updated it, so for future minecraft releases that contain new enchantments, it will add that new enchantment to your config.yml.
If you have used this plugin before, you can copy and paste your unenchanterRedux.yml file contents, into the new config.yml.
If you want the plugin to automatically add swift sneak, simply restart your server after copying over the contents.

Converted Project to Maven and added Placeholder API

• unenchanterRedux.yml stores data on the following:

1. levelCost
2. doesCostLevel
3. moneyCost
4. doesCostMoney
   
5. isUnenchantAllowed

• By default, all enchantments are free to enchant and each enchantment's level is customizable for cost or if it is able to be unenchanted.
