Added option to set cost of unenchanting
  • Added unenchanterRedux.yml
  • unenchanterRedux.yml stores data on the following:
  1. levelCost
  2. doesCostLevel
  3. moneyCost
  4. doesCostMoney
  5. isUnenchantAllowed
  • By default, all enchantments are free to enchant and each enchantment's level is customizable for cost or if it is able to be unenchanted.
