removed weakboom

Just a smol fix

The plugin has been rewritten, there is no more of the following commands {
/kaboomspecific
/bigspecific
/gravityspecific
/weakboomspecific
/weakboom
/hub
}
All of the specific commands are now removed and can access them by just doing the boom you want, followed by the player's name. (i.e /kaboom Power_Button)

/bigspecific - /bigkaboom for a specific player
/kaboomspecific - /kaboom for a specific player
/weakboomspecific - /weakboom for a specific player
/gravityspecific - /gravity for a specific player
ALL HAVE 1 PERMISSION- kaboomspecific.use

Added a new command called /bigkaboom

Needs permission called bigkaboom.use in order to use it!
It also turns off the fall damage gameRule!
DO NOTE THAT IN THE NORMAL /KABOOM COMMANDS FALL DAMAGE IS STILL NOT DISABLED!

There is now:
/lobby command for BungeeCord!. You can change the command in the new config.yml !
/weakboom- instead of a lightning bolt and anvil sound, it's just a bat takeoff sound!
/gravity- instead of pulling you up, it pulls you down!
- Fixed an annoying bug!

ALL COMMANDS NOW HAVE A TITLE!
