A command that sends the players in the air

HUGE UPDATE (BUG FIXES, IMPROVMENTS, /lobby COMMAND)

There is now:
/lobby command for BungeeCord!. You can change the command in the new config.yml !
/weakboom- instead of a lightning bolt and anvil sound, it's just a bat takeoff sound!
/gravity- instead of pulling you up, it pulls you down!
- Fixed an annoying bug!

ALL COMMANDS NOW HAVE A TITLE!
