Fixed so /login should work a little better with server redirection feature.

Improved/fixed /login and /register, as well as server redirect.
+ Minor optimizations(?)

Fixed offline messages, they display now!
Also should've fixed error bug where plugin would error after using / Spingconf

Added cache to display motd, icon and stuff as desired when using the server-redirection proxy feature

You can now set which server to send player to depending on what ip they used to join!
