- Fixed the page prompt not displaying on pages that didn't have any arguments
- Added /hc ver and /hc rl as aliases of /hc version and /hc reload
- Added version checker onto /hc version

I fixed an issue where if you only had 1 page in your configuration, it would error.

Version 2.8.1 was being flagged by antivirus, please use this version instead.

- Register the aliases with bukkit so it's now defined when you start typing it them

This will show the time in the GMT timezone as long as PlaceholderAPI is on the server and as long as you've installed LocalTime using /papi ecloud download LocalTime

- Removed the command executor from main class
