Fixed a bug causing a lot of attributes to be changed to generic.armor.

/sound and /globalsound now accepts lowercase, and will not send errors should the soundID given be invalid.
Messages have been added to /globalsound to the player using the command.

If you're upgrading from v0.1.0 to v0.2.0, delete config.yml to generate the new one.

1. NewPlayerSound - Play a sound to all players when a player joins for the first time.
2. /sound - Preview sounds in-game.

You can now disable features directly in the configuration file, rather than having to use permissions.
