If you're upgrading from v0.1.0 to v0.2.0, delete config.yml to generate the new one.

New features:

1. NewPlayerSound - Play a sound to all players when a player joins for the first time.
2. /sound - Preview sounds in-game.
3. /globalsound - Play a sound to all players.

You can now disable features directly in the configuration file, rather than having to use permissions.

/custommodeldata can now be shortened to /cmd
