This release, v1.4.0-Alpha, brings significant enhancements and new features to the Minecraft Hardcore+ plugin: options for life theft, lightning strikes on death, and improved player life management. We’ve made crucial adjustments and fixes that will elevate the user experience, making gameplay more engaging and immersive.

✨ New Features

• Lives Theft: Players now have the option to steal lives through kills. This adds an additional layer of strategy and intensity to gameplay.
  
  
• Lightning Strikes: Experience dramatic final moments with configurable lightning strikes at a player's death position on their last life.
  
  
• Improved Life Management: With the expanded /givelife command, you can now specify the number of lives to give to a player. Plus, server admins can set the maximum number of lives a player can have.
  
  
• "Lose lives only by players": This new configurable feature allows you to set whether players can only lose lives if they're killed by other players.
  
  
• Continued support for Java 11, 16, and 17
  

Bug Fixes

Solved minor issues and improved overall plugin stability. We’ve also made sure the new features integrate seamlessly with the existing ones.

Permissions

The permissions for the /givelife command have been updated. It now defaults to Ops.

We're proud to unveil `v1.3.0` of our Hardcore Minecraft plugin, now compatible with Minecraft versions 1.16, 1.17, and 1.18, and designed for Java versions 11, 16, and 17. This major release brings with it an array of new features, multiple fixes, and ensures a better hardcore Minecraft experience.

**✨ New Features**

- `Player Lives`: Keep track of your own or other players' lives with the revamped `/lives` command. Enhance your strategic play in the hardcore realm.

- `Revive Command`: The `/revive` command gets a big upgrade. This op-only command now lets you revive players from spectator mode or unbanning them.

- `Reload Command`: We have fixed and fine-tuned the `/hardcore reload` command, allowing Ops to effortlessly reload the plugin configuration.

** Bug Fixes**

- Fixed a persistent bug that affected the `/hardcore reload` command. It's now fully operational and offers smooth reloading of plugin configurations.

** Permissions**

- Permission settings for the `/revive` and `/hardcore reload` commands have been adjusted. Both commands are now exclusively available to Ops.
