Hardcore+ 1.4.0-Alpha
Release Highlights
This release, v1.4.0-Alpha, brings significant enhancements and new features to the Minecraft Hardcore+ plugin: options for life theft, lightning strikes on death, and improved player life management. We’ve made crucial adjustments and fixes that will elevate the user experience, making gameplay more engaging and immersive.
✨ New Features
- Lives Theft: Players now have the option to steal lives through kills. This adds an additional layer of strategy and intensity to gameplay.
- Lightning Strikes: Experience dramatic final moments with configurable lightning strikes at a player's death position on their last life.
- Improved Life Management: With the expanded /givelife command, you can now specify the number of lives to give to a player. Plus, server admins can set the maximum number of lives a player can have.
- "Lose lives only by players": This new configurable feature allows you to set whether players can only lose lives if they're killed by other players.
- Continued support for Java 11, 16, and 17
Bug Fixes
Solved minor issues and improved overall plugin stability. We’ve also made sure the new features integrate seamlessly with the existing ones.
Permissions
The permissions for the /givelife command have been updated. It now defaults to Ops.

We strongly recommend updating to this version for a more dynamic and interactive gaming experience. As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated and aids in improving the Hardcore+ plugin. (This version might/will have bugs. Please report them.)
