Enabled-Worlds in the configuration file has now been replaced by Disabled-Worlds. Just a minor change to look after so it does not cause any issues.

I've re-coded the entire plugin, because some how I lost the code of the previous version, but the plugin will still function the same I just changed couple of things in the configuration file and optimized the code.
