Thanks to the help of Detobel36, we have added an admin GUI to view backpacks of other players.

Added no-perms messages.
if you use an old version then please add the code above into your messages.yml or deleted it to regenerate the file.

This adds a messages.yml to change the messages of the plugin including the names for the GUI's.

Since there were many bugs while trying to disable the click event for the hats, I have decided to remove ti for now until i find a way to add a working method.

This adds support for paper and also not uses `STONE_HOE` instead of 291.

Let's first start this log off with officially adding support for Paper.

If you use the paper version then you can safely ignore this update but for Spigot/Bukkit you will need to update to this version to update your configs.
The Update config script will be removed in version 0.5 to support Paper.

This update adds backpacks!
The backpacks support custom NBT + a backpack.html file to allow the ability to remove items from someones backpack.

This version adds an update script to search for new versions on enabling the plugin (Note: this is a beta feature and may not work correctly.)

I have discovered that if you type /hat to set any held item as ur hat then it didn't remove the item from the inventory causing it to dupe it.
I recommend updating to this new version for the patch as any other version has this bug(v0.2 and below)

We are also updating our resource pack for the plugin on GitHub so if there is no updates here then we are focusing on updating the resource pack.
