Let's first start this log off with officially adding support for Paper.

If you use the paper version then you can safely ignore this update but for Spigot/Bukkit you will need to update to this version to update your configs.
The Update config script will be removed in version 0.5 to support Paper.

Patched console being spammed when clicking outside of a gui.
Fixed Update API, will work properly once version is 0.5.

Added Fly command and Version command.
Now any item from the hats and ears config can not be taken off your head to prevent item buping.
