It's the best chest shop plugin I've seen so far.

It is difficult to get support for it (which makes sense to me now that I have been told that it is no longer being actively developed)

But overall I have enjoyed this plugin and it is a no-brainer to at least use it on the versions of Minecraft that it still supports :]

(my previous review had a paragraph about how ECS glitches out and makes phantom chest shops when it is used with the Movecraft plugin. it turns out I just needed to set "check-for-removed-shops" to true in the config file, which fixes the problem 99% of the time)

Unfortunately... It's not compatible at all with Movecraft. Not even a little.

There are permanent side effects of using ECS and Movecraft at the same time. You can glitch up your shop database REALLY bad by putting a chest shop on a craft and then moving it. It will duplicate chest shops and holograms all over. And it never corrects itself, you have to go and manually fix all of it. Be warned.

(also, from my experience it is very hard to get support for this plugin, at least in recent times. the discord is pretty inactive right now)

tldr;
DO NOT EVER use this plugin if your server has Movecraft.
If your server does NOT have Movecraft... USE THIS PLUGIN!!!

This plugin has potential, but it's in a basic state. For more requirements you have to wait a long time, it's too slow. It's not worth it, if it's something temporary while you look for another plugin. But the truth is that in its current state I don't recommend it.

I would give it one star but it has potential.

Hey, your plug-in is great. I am a server from China and I encountered some problems in the process of creating a localized server. The item name of the [item] transaction in the store cannot be localized and translated.

The plugin has not many problems and works good by itself. The problem is the support and the future of this plugin: it is badly maintained, the support is really slow (also months to have an answer, and after months the problem is not solved). The developer says he will write you but he then just ignores you and won't write anything till you remind them to answer, but at that point they will say you are annoying. So yes, the plugin works, but it has no support, the source code is really old and can't be used by developers, no future for the plugin.

Great plugin! Just seems to be having a memory leak, not sure why. I will keep trying to fix the issue and as a developer myself, Ill look into how to fix it and let you know.

Inconsistent and buggy,
downloaded two different versions, both gave me trouble.

I make plugins, I put effort in trying to get this one to work.

It's a great plugin, but the developer needs to do more testing before releasing versions as 'Stable'.

Works great, except webhooks constantly spamming the console with error codes 204 and 429 codes even though webhooks send properly..

Nice plugin! But.. I don't want my players to create their "shops" can I disable this? In the configuration is ( create-shops: False ) but even so a player can create the store, I don't understand

I was skeptical about downloading this plugin because I'm so used to "regular sign shops" I've had this for 15 minutes and already I'm hooked! It's so easy to use and ready to go out of the Jar, not to mention the beautiful GUI and well laid out configs. I can't wait to set everything up and go over all the features!

Easy to get up and going, no required complicated configurations or anything like that.
Not to familiar with modding, but the only almost-downside I can even think of is the inability to switch what item is sold in a container. If it's possible I've totally missed it. Don't know how many times I've happened to still hold the barrel in my hand when doing the command xD
