v1.0.4 - Ability to disable throwing expbottles & tax bypass

+ Added the ability to disable throwing the expbottle in the config and instead "consume" the bottle directly. It is recommended to disable throwing if your server has any xp multiplier.

+ Added a permission to bypass tax (expbottle.bypasstax) , thanks to emmanuelvlad for the pull request.

v1.0.3 - Fixed invalid ExpBottles

Fixed:
~ Fixed an issue allowing players to withdraw an ExpBottle, even if it was an invalid one due to no line for XP.

~ Removed the check for the "XP" string in the lore, as it was unnecessary and just forced players to use it.

WARNING: This update will require the removal of the config. Be sure to save the previous one, so you can easily copy-paste the values in again.
