Similar to JugardorNinja, I Found a bug. When you have an xp multiplier from another plugin, you get infinite levels because it multiplies the xp from the broken bottle. Maybe make an option to right-click redeem with no break of bottle and just add xp points to players xp to fix the bug.

good but there 1 bug. I can get infinite EXP by doing /xpbottle all then claiming it and then /xpbottle all and claiming it and then again /xpbottle all and do the same thing over and over.

That is a good idea for a plugin. This is very useful in roleplay servers. Try to make a trading system. I think this will be cool.
