- Provided proper encapsulation of MobCoins class for config handling

- Made main messages configurable

- Balances are stored in a Map and added to the config file on reloads or plugin restarts
- The layout of data.yml has been completely changed— a data.yml reset is needed for this update
- Small bug fix (visual)
- Code cleanup
