- Cleaned up code
- Fixed a visual bug showing that you can pay a player any amount of mobcoins, whether you have them or not (it didn't actually pay them)
- Added a Balance & Mobs Manager instead of handling them in PlayerKillEntity class
- Updated Placeholders method of retrieving mobcoins
- Added more messages to config.yml
- Fixed an issue with some internal placeholders
- Provided proper encapsulation of MobCoins class for config handling
