Tested on Minecraft 1.11.2, 1.12*
Color codes are supported. (eg. &bTest would give you Test)
This plugin uses Vault for the command costs feature. Download it here.

Requirements:
Spigot/Bukkit 1.11.2, 1.12*
Java 7 (or higher)
Vault version 1.5.x (If you want or need command costs.)


This plugin adds the commands:

/rename ........................................ This command renames the item in hand.
/lore ................................................. This command relores any item.
/epicrename ................................... This command gives reload, help, and license info.
/setloreline....................................... This command set a certain line of lore.
/removeloreline............................... This command removes a certain line of lore.
/glow.................................................. This command adds an enchantment glow to an item.
/removeglow..................................... This command removes an enchantment glow from an item.

Permissions: View Permissions here.

Usage:
/rename <name>

/lore <lore>

Create multiple lines like this:
/lore Line 1|Line 2|Line 3
or /lore Line 1 and still line 1

/epicrename <help, license, reload, debug>

/setloreline <lineNumber> <text>
/removeloreline <lineNumber>
/glow
/removeglow

Both /rename and /lore can be given a cost per use.
You can enable this in the config.

To install:
1. Download from button in top right.
2. Move to your plugins folder.
3. Start your server.

* I have tested this plugin on MC version(s) 1.11.2, 1.12
I try and design it to work on an older version(s), but I haven't tested it and I will not provide any official support to versions below 1.10.
