Fixes:
- Error while enabling on 1.21
- Messages longer than DiscordSRV's DiscordChatChannelTruncateLength config option not being shortened

Made Discord->Minecraft messages respect DiscordSRV's DiscordChatChannelRolesAllowedToUseColorCodesInChat config option

Fixes some commands causing errors when they are executed from the server console.

Additions:

• A range option for channels that allows the creation of local chats.
• A /listen command to listen to messages in a channel without setting oneself as chatting in that channel.

Changes:

• The plugin's messages have been overhauled to make them shorter and less wordy.

Additions:

• A "/easychannels reload" command to reload (some of) the plugin's configuration without a restart.

Changes:

• The commands field being left empty for a channel will result in that channel failing to load.
• The default global chat format has been set to Minecraft's default.

Fixes:

• Channels with only one command causing an "internal error" when someone executes /channels.

Fixes:

• Config migration not working properly on some operating systems (including Linux)

Additions:

• Custom metrics chart for the number of channels.
• Update checker with toggleable option to inform admins of updates upon login.

Fixes:

• Messages in public chat channels not being broadcast to the console.
• Plugin failing to enable if no chat provider is found.
