Additions:
- A "/easychannels reload" command to reload (some of) the plugin's configuration without a restart.
- The commands field being left empty for a channel will result in that channel failing to load.
- The default global chat format has been set to Minecraft's default.
- Channels with only one command causing an "internal error" when someone executes /channels.
