Dream's Manhunt (1.21.X)

- More stable world generation and deletion.
- Added a default configuration file for the plugin.
- Turn on and off advertisements permanently.
- Set the default worldborder size for all Manhunt games unless they are manually changed by the Manhunt leader.
- Added /manhunt reload
- Reloads the configuration file without needing to reload the server.
- Added /manhunt config
- Adjusts and views the configuration file contents from the game.
