Quick fix on one of the console messages.

Maybe fixed. The plugin still thinks there's an update available when there's not, however I think this error is caused by spigot sending the wrong version and not my code.
Time will have to tell.

A new config format brings new features, allowing you to add donator prefixes before or after a players rank! (Or both!)

- Added an update checker.
- Change default value of the donator status auto update interval from 5 seconds to 60 seconds.
