Caching was enabled to avoid cases where a user id cannot be found because it was missing in cache.

• Added new configurations for filtering which channel the commands can run:

Updated used version of DiscordSRV to 1.27.0

Fixes:

• Fixed where moderator roles didn't get recognized due to usless ingoreCooldown check being in wrong place. (Didn't create problems other than denying permission to everyone!)
• Fixed problem where containsRoles function always returned "false", because it used depricated function .contain(roleID), roleID as String.

Added: ignorePermissionsForOwner and ignoreCooldownsForModerators.
Tested for 1.20.1!

Reworked custom commands. I will prob add instructions for it later but most of the examples are in custom_commands.yml, also reworked how commands mostly work meaning that custom commands have all features that normal commands have such as disabling, slash command, cooldowns! Yes you heard right, cooldows are now here in this update! Check them out in config.yml

Reworked entire backend. Now all features are compatible with or without DiscordSRV

The new minigame rockpaperscissors supports custom amount of rounds and can be played against the bot or player

Server owner will not have his permissions checked and new property added in config.yaml which is called: "ignorePermissionsForAdministrators" and with this new property you can set if members with discord administrator permissions can bypass commands!
