I fixed an error in the default config that caused the plugin to not work

This update brings several new features and improvements:

• Multiple Fishing Pools: You can now create and manage multiple fishing zones, each with its own unique rewards and settings.
  
• Wand-based Pool Creation: We've introduced an intuitive wand system for easy and precise pool area selection.
  
• Enhanced Reward Management: New commands allow for more detailed control over rewards:
  • Create new rewards for specific pools
  • Modify reward chances and messages
  • Add or remove commands from rewards
  • Delete rewards from pools
• Improved Configuration: The config file now supports multiple pools and their individual rewards.

small fix

you can now disable the fish_escape and fish_caught messages (use '')

- you can now change the text of the bossbar
- you can switch to action bar instead of bossbar

- fixed issue with fishing rod not losing durability when fishing in the pool

- you can change now the speed of the bossbar, or make it random (with a range)
