Player-dependant probabilities, ilusioners by evokers, stronger raids and mansions

Each 5,000 damage dealt by the closest player increases probability of hard monsters spawn to 100%.
10% of Vexes are spawned together with illusioners.
100% of Evokers and Illusioners have a large jump and movement bonus, fire resistance and regeneration, in NETHERITE equipment with maybe top protection and thorns and random support enhancements, a top-enchanted bow. May drop an enchanted golden apple, a netherite scrap, a book of mending, a totem of undying, and a diamond pickaxe.

25% of Vindicators spawn with a medium jump and movement bonus, fire resistance, a slightly-enchanted diamond axe.
Bug fixes
Fixed handling of pre-generated entities in structures, like Evokers and Vindicators in woodland mansions.
