Based on the Minecraft Showdown game mode.




Fixes:

  • Removed unnecessary testing classes such as listeners, commands, and config options.
  • Updated /ca help to include the full list of commands available in the plugin.
This was just a simple updated to remove the forgotten testing aspects while starting development of this plugin, now only the essentials are present! And a fresh new help command :))

Bug fixes:
  • Fixed issue where items with slight durability damage would not be accepted by Edguard.
  • Fixed issue where pause button in game control GUI did not remove itself after the game timer ended.
  • Removed permanent placeholder item in craftlist.
  • Craftlist must now have contents for the game to begin.
This is the first full release of Craftalot Lite! The plugin can now be successfully ran and games can be played. Future updates will fix quality of life issues such as inventory sorting but for now this version of the game will only receive bug fixes. I hope to make a greater version of the plugin with extra development features in the future. Thank you all for the support and have fun playing! :cool:

Big Update!
Additions/Fixes/Changes:
  • Created a separate function for region restocks.
  • Rearranged the settings GUI to look more appealing.
  • Added material restock delay setting in the settings GUI.
  • Material restock delay is used to restock the regions automatically every specified amount of seconds.
  • Fixed issue with numeric settings where the code would continue to ask for the players input.
  • Added validation check for numeric inputs in settings, making sure only numbers are input.
  • Updated the action bar timer to now include the players item to craft for better clarity.
  • Updated the item to craft with a new function which turns the item type into a suitable display name. (e.g. STONE_SLAB -> Stone Slab)
  • Fixed an issue where only the player who started the game would be unfrozen after the game resumed.
  • Added to the game end function more elements to complete the game, such as clear inventory and teleport back to the lobby.
  • When the game ended via the GUI the game would end the game twice. This has been amended.
  • Quality of life changes/fixes!
    Crazy movements as of current, looking at a full release in no time for the lite version!

Additions/Changes
  • The game is somewhat functional! I think..
  • Edguard has now been setup to accept items and give players rewards for finding the right items.
  • Edguard now keeps giving random items each time one is given.
  • The game now stops once the time limit is done using a new function.
  • General quality of life changes and dialogue added.
Wow! This may actually be functional, I shall test it with multiple players and report back :)

Additions/Fixes:
  • Added the kit!
  • Added the kit configuration setting into the settings GUI.
  • The kit configuration GUI allows the player to add/remove items into the players kit, this kit will be given to the player when the game starts to go and gather materials with.
  • Fixed a bug where the GUI's all throw errors where the inventory clicked event returned null.
  • Fixed a bug where the GUI's all prevented selecting slots in the main inventory of the player including the hotbar, even throwing events when certain slots were clicked.
  • Updated the start sequence to include a teleport to game-begin location from configuration, and also gives the player the kit!
Incredible progress today! Really happy with how close the plugin is getting to a solid base ground for a full fledge release!
As always make sure to test test test and find any more bugs I've missed.

  • Start/Stop/Pause/Resume has been updated, and the buttons now function properly in doing what they are designed.
  • Pause/Play now freezes all players on the spot and prevents them from moving. Putting them in spectator mode.
  • Stopping the game/closing the server now removes all entities spawned by the pause function, as a failsafe in case the game is stopped without purpose.
  • As per usual only non-blacklisted players are affected by these events.

  • Fixed location settings to only use "set current location" to make things easier for the user and to avoid errors in teleporting.
  • Initiated development on start sequence! Now players (not-blacklisted) will be teleported to the lobby location. Alongside a countdown.
  • The game can now only begin if the settings are set and not left empty, including the requirement for edguard to be spawned.
  • Edguard had an issue where he could not be teleported to his location, this has been fixed.
  • Pause/Resume only appears when the game has actually began.
  • /ca blacklist has been added to add players to the blacklist (those who are exempt from playing).
  • blacklist.yml config has replaced the main configs blacklist for better organisation.
  • Blacklist now takes usernames and converts them to UUIDs.
  • Blacklist can only be added to when players are online.
  • General quality of life changes and bug fixes have also been added.
