Fixes:

• Removed unnecessary testing classes such as listeners, commands, and config options.
• Updated /ca help to include the full list of commands available in the plugin.

This was just a simple updated to remove the forgotten testing aspects while starting development of this plugin, now only the essentials are present! And a fresh new help command )
