+ Added new reload command and permission
(/ca reload)

+ Added new config option so players can no longer punish themselves

+ Fixed missing word in the default config

How to install
1. Remove v1.0 from your server
2. Add v1.0.1
3. Add the following to your messages.yml

Code (Text):

reloaded-config: "&aYou have reloaded the config for Communal Action!"
cannot-punish-self: "&cYou cannot punish yourself!"

4. Add the following to your config.yml

Code (Text):

# Should Communal Action allow players to punish themselves?
punish-self: false

5. If you're using the default config then add on

to the end of punishments.jail.broadcast

* You can skip steps 3, 4, and 5 by deleting both your config.yml and messages.yml and letting them regenerate on reload.

6. Reload/Restart
