Good idea for a plugin! Never seen before this type of plugin. I only saw the files, I haven't tried it or anything yet.

I would like to suggest a system that has "Penalties" for those who make false votes or a blacklist in which they cannot vote in a certain time or forever.
I will wait for more updates of this plugin ;)
