Fixed a major bug caused by CommonCore compilation error.
CommonCore was mistakenly compiled with Vault plugin which caused servers with Vault to load Vault twice. This resulted into disabling other Vault plugins.
Recompiling CommonCore also reduced its size to 50%.

CommonCore now includes the
XSeries utilities.
- Replaced Material Compatibility Manager (CCMaterial) with XMaterial (this also fixed a bug with newer MC versions)
- Replaced Sound Compatibility Manager (CCSound) with XSound
