CommonCore now includes the XSeries utilities.

• Replaced Material Compatibility Manager (CCMaterial) with XMaterial (this also fixed a bug with newer MC versions)
• Replaced Sound Compatibility Manager (CCSound) with XSound

Plugins using these classes need to be updated.
