- Added a new config option for blacklisted commands (blacklisted_commands). Blacklisted commands will be ignored and not sent/logged to the inspector.
- Added a new config option for logging cancelled command events. If log-cancelled-commands is set to false, commands that are cancelled will not be logged.

- Using /cmdinspect will now toggle command inspecting, so you don't need to do /cmdinspect enable/disable.
- Added checks for /cmdinspect enable/disable for if the player already has inspecting enabled/disabled.
