Blacklisted Commands + Cancelled Events
- Added a new config option for blacklisted commands
(blacklisted_commands). Blacklisted commands will be ignored and not sent/logged to the inspector.
- Added a new config option for logging cancelled command events. If log-cancelled-commands is set to false, commands that are cancelled will not be logged.
