This is one of the biggest CityBuildSystems on SpigotMC it includes many features and functions and its free.

There are numerous CityBuild Plugins out there that arent so rich in features or simply not so performant.

This is the perfect solution for your own CityBuild Network.

COMMANDS

- /heal [player] - heals the specified player
- /clearchat - clears the chat for all online player
- /broadcast <message> - broadcast a message to all online player
- /ping [player] - shows the players current connection delay to the server (in milliseconds)
- /setspawn - required to set the spawn location for the players
- /slowchat - makes it that players have a configurable cooldown between sending two messages
- /spawn [player] - teleports the player to the specified spawn
- /gm <0-3> [player] - faster alternative to /gamemode
- /fly [player] - makes people fly in survival mode
- /coins - more details in the coinsystem section
- /help - a fully customizable /help command
- /sethome - a command to set own home
- /home - used to get to your specified home
- /head [name] - get a players head with a customizable cooldown
- /tpa <name> - use to request to teleport to someone
- /tpaccept - used to accept a tpa request
- /tpdeny - used to deny a toa request
- /trash - opens a inventory that you can use as a dustbin
- /votemute - a command where all online player decide weather a player should be muted for a given reason
- /citybuild - a gui with some general informations about the plugin and the server
- /day [-s] - sets the time in the world where it was executed to day (when used with -s prefix it doesnt get announced to all online player)
- /night [-s] - sets the time in the world where it was executed to night (when used with -s prefix it doesnt get announced to all online player)
COINSYSTEM
The plugin has a build in coinsystem which you can use with simple flatfile storage or with a MYSql database.

The plugin also features an API in with which you can embed the plugins coinsystem in your own plugins.

DEFAULT PERMISSIONS
They can be checked and/or customized inside the permission.yml file.

INSTALLATION
1.Stop your server
2.Download the plugin and drag the jar file in your plugins folder
3.Start the server to generate the config files.
4.Tweak them to your likeings.
