This message is not an error, rather it's a recommendation to NOT use /reload or /rl on your server. ChatFeelings does not support these commands or plugin reloads (such as PlugMan). When using these forceful reloads, ChatFeelings doesn't have enough time to save it's spot hence these messages will appear.

Haha understandable. If you set the chatfeelings.yell permission to false, you can essentially disable this feeling :)

There are many misunderstandings you seem to have.

1) Player files CAN be disabled by setting file cleanup to true in the config.yml and the days to 1.
2) Spending under a minute at our Github repo, and you would find that player files serve numerous purposes. They allow the plugin to remember players settings (who‘s disabled feelings) and usage stats (via /cf stats).
3) Having separate player files literally makes the most sense from a developing stand point. By creating individual files, the plugin avoids having to constantly re-write and read one gigantic file (which would considerably lag your server)
4) All file writing is done away from the main thread (which eliminates TPS dropping) and takes a total of 0.1 ms (maximum).

I'm not sure what you mean by "English only" in the messages.yml, because every message is configurable for users to translate in whatever language they please.

The messages.yml do have some bugs like resetting, but I'm already investigating these issues. :)

I appreciate your review. I would be the first to say that yes, the recent code is rather unorganized. However by doing such, it allows me to quickly and easily develop new features and change mass messages etc. without a problem. If you peak at previous versions such as v1.7.8 you will notice there are a plethora of classes and its almost organized chaos. From a developer standpoint I greatly appreciate your feedback as I am trying to improve as a developer for Spigot. The smaller file size is also a plus.

Thanks so much for the review! I totally respect that fact you want to free up lag/ram for your server. As of ChatFeelings v2.0 and up, the plugin itself is about 23kb. ChatFeelings has about a 4MB RAM impact. Meaning that when it is loaded, it allocates just under 4 megabytes. I hope your server does well & good luck. :)

I have gotten many requests to have customizable messages in the past, the only reason I don't have that at the moment is because its a pain to go through each individual class and do that. However, in the near future I really hope to make that a possibility! This is a rather long response, but I've actually been working on implementing different languages into the plugin, which is taking lots of time. Once I get the chance I will make this top of my priority list! ;)

So Glad you enjoy! After 2 years there is now a new update fixing alot of bugs and editing the messages to make them look nicer. (Plus Spelling and Grammar fixes hehe)

UPDATE: You can now translate all the messages in the brand new messages.yml! An updated review would be greatly appreciated :)

The latest version (v1.7 and above) fix major spelling issues that occurred in its previous version (v1.6). Version 1.7 however has less features that were in 1.6 and will be re added at a later date :)
