Adds many new options to adjust the preview particles and message prefix

As per the title, I do apologize. I completely forgot to click the build button on the Jenkins page.

I realized that I hadn't included the API module within the final build of BuildersWand, causing it to not enable on server start. It should work now completely. Do let me know if you encounter anything wrong with this build.

Just a quick little update, nothing crazy added.
