- Added new `breakSound` config option, which lets you specify a specific sound to play upon breaking. Is off by default, and plays the item break sound if an invalid entry is found.
- Entirely reworked the command system, now uses Paper's modern command API. A lot nicer and cleaner to work with. The following commands/aliases were removed: /givewand, /gw, /getwand, /bwgive, /bwg, /reloadbuilderswand, /rbw, /reloadbw, /reloadwands.
- New commands are as follows: /builderswand (/bw)
with valid subcommands: give, list, reload.
- Fixed recipes not loading on start.
- Added new permissions.
