Allows users to report bugs in-game to staff. Data is stored in a config.Updated plugin for compatibility with 1.16.5
Fixed the cause behind internal error when using /bugdel and an unknown/random name.
Updated the plugin.
Fixed some Minor issue regarding /reportbug command, if you specify incorrect arguments it replied with "Please note your bug after the /bug command" it has been corrected and now will reply with "Please note your bug after the /reportbug command".
This update brings permissions so you can give your users permission to list - delete bugs
