Allows users to report bugs in-game to staff. Data is stored in a config.Minor Issues Fix
Fixed some Minor issue regarding /reportbug command, if you specify incorrect arguments it replied with "Please note your bug after the /bug command" it has been corrected and now will reply with "Please note your bug after the /reportbug command".
