Bossbar Manager -----
A plugin which listens to a placeholder and it gives a bossbar when detecting an other value.Added:
- New lang.yml *(translate all messages of the plugin.)*
- New commands: /bbm (for a help menu.), /bbm reload (to reload the config file of the plugin.)
