Bossbar Manager -----
A plugin which listens to a placeholder and it gives a bossbar when detecting an other value.This plugin listens to a specific placeholder, when the placeholder does not give the provided value of the placeholder a bossbar wil show until the value is changed back to the provided one.
I mainly use it for spacing between my custom HUD and my boosters plugin bossbar.
