+ Fixed a bug with not broadcasting questions when a player is joined after a player with "betterquestions.ignore".
+ Carelessly removed all warnings from the code.

+ All questions are now not attached to numbers.
+ Added "/bq list" command that shows all available questions.
+ Added "/bq delete [ID]" command that allows you to fully delete questions with answers on them.
+ Added "/bq toggle [ID]" command that allows you to turn on/off question broadcast.
+ All commands except /bq answer are now available from the console.

- One question is now broadcasting until answered. And only after that question is answered next question is starting to broadcast.
- Removed "/bq create" command.

+ Fixed a bug where the player was able to submit a nonexisting answer.
Added new line to config "messages.noanswer"
+ Fixed a bug where /bq view was showing incorrect data because of answers coloring.

No need to update questions.yml.

+ Now if two same answers colored differently it will count as one answer.
But in /bq view it will show as different answers with the same number of votes.
Example:

+ Now if a question from questions.yml has no color it will automatically color itself in white and will NOT take color from the layout.

+ Fixed a bug where answers in question won't color

I could have fixed this in the previous update but only find out about that after submitting it.

All questions and answers are now stored as .yml files.

+ Question layout feature.
+ Ability to ask more than one question (questions will be broadcasted one after another)
