Updated to 1.19

Updated the plugin to 1.16.x.

Basic Watershow is a small, simple plugin that I've posted a few years ago when I was just starting to learn how to use the Spigot API. Over the years I received a lot of questions about updating the plugin to newer Minecraft versions and adding new features. Well folks, today is the day that I finally did it, lol.

Since I've deleted the original project, I had to rewrite the entire plugin. I'm not saying that because it was a lot of work, because it wasn't, I'm saying it because I've decided to change the command a bit, allowing for fading shooters to be added.

The new command requires a total of 10 arguments to be given:
1: Spawn location World,
2. Spawn location X,
3: Spawn location Y,
4: Spawn location Z,
5: Direction X,
6: Direction Y,
7: Direction Z,
8: Amount of ticks it takes to fade the shooter to it's given directional size,
9: Amount of ticks the shooter will stay in it's given directional size,
10: Amount of ticks the it takes to fade the shooter from it's given directional size bak to 0 0 0.

Due to Minecraft updating their Material system (and me being a bit lazy), for now, it's not possible to change the color of the shooter. Right now it's always blue. I'm sorry, I'll add the feature back soon : (
