Simple plugin to hide item attributes and other item info! (1.8-1.21.3)Adds the ability to modify ItemFlags automatically for items.
You can give any item any ItemFlag through the config.yml. This includes:
- Hiding item attributes
- Hiding enchantments
- Hiding the unbreakable tag
- Hiding what an item can be built/placed on
- Hiding what an item can destroy
- Hiding the dyes for colored leather armor
- Hiding the trim for leather armor
- Hiding additional tooltip info like potion effects, book/firework information, map tooltips, patterns for banners, and enchantments on enchanted books.
- Anything else Minecraft/Spigot adds in the future through an ItemFlag.
You will need ProtocolLib 4.6.0 or greater for this plugin.
Requires at least Java 8.
Supports Spigot 1.8 and above. I tested 1.8 up to 1.21.3. All versions work.
If you find a bug, please post in the Discussion tab and I will fix it.
Paper
This plugin does not hide item attributes on Paper. Paper ignores ItemFlags for attributes when there are only default attributes on an item. They blame Minecraft for the problem, but it works on Spigot, so not sure what to say about it. I don't have an interest in bending over backwards to support Paper.
