Another dependency update
- Added support for InfiniteChestPro as a soft dependency.
- Added a formatter to format the %amount% variable in messages.
- Fixed ShopGUIPlus not registering.
- Path in the config changed therefor making armor regenerating again.
- Removed configuration management entirely to allow room for more defaults.
