After the last update all works expect the mysql fetures.
Its really slow that it update the multiserver support but it works!

THIS PLUGIN IS ABANDONED! Do not purchase. The author is not providing updates and the mySQL synchronization is completely broken. He has stated that the plugin needs a full rewrite which is probably why he's not updating it. (But he is active creating his own Minecraft server hosting company...)

This plugin is broken. The mySQL does NOT work and syncing does not function. If you only have a standalone server it's great. Otherwise do not buy until the author fixes the problems! The author has gone MIA!

Bought this plugin because it promised mysql/bungee support. The cross server syncing of tickets is currently broken and does not function. I am guessing it is a java issue when they updated the plugin to 1.17 / java 17.

If you want to use this for your bungee server network, it won't.

This plugin says it offers mySQL, but the cross-server functionality is broken. (Usernames of players who filed the ticket is lost cross-server or on plugin reload). Other than that this plugin is incredible, very customizable, but the mySQL glitches have rendered it unusable on my network.

This review will be updated if/when this issue is fixed. I really do like this plugin, just sad I can't use it.

The plugin dev offers great support! The plugin had some small bugs but they were quickly fixed.

Plugin works to an extent. Although yes you can create tickets and such, there are a lot of bugs including issues with templates, bugs with recent updates.

Although there are a lot of issues with this plugin it is immensely huge and there is absolutely no other plugin out there with this type of customization. Although the usage of the plugin may be a bit weird to me its still decent. I wish some things could be more chat based like responding to tickets, Having to read through the ticket in a GUI seems a bit wonky and weird.

The developer is actively trying to fix these mistakes and issues and it is amazing and I can't wait until they are fixed and new features start coming out.

He made the plugin actually usable (for 6+ versions/several months even if nodes were assigned correctly, players couldn't create tickets) if you wanted to disable templates in a recent update which is nice.

The plugin is still very buggy for a premium plugin, many issues with permission nodes, GUI titles, and many small bugs (like getting stuck in /hr reply).

I went through the proper channels for reporting bugs, and the dev literally just denied that issues were happening, and I had to send him 6 (there were more though) different screenshots of other people having the same issues as I was (like literally not being able to create a ticket while opped/*, if you had templates disabled).

Dev finally responded "ok I get it" and deleted all of my messages. I've bought a lot of plugins on here over the last 8 months and no other negative even comes close to the one I had with this dev.

3/5 for a buggy plugin.
1/5 for dev responsiveness/acknowledgement/fixes.

Superfast support, great graphics, and clear instructions on how to use the plugin. The plugin is easy to use for players as well. There is no other plugin as good as this! Thank you! <3

looking great! can't wait for more changes and updates to come! this plugin is hands down the best issue reporting system there. works for bungee cord servers too because it uses MYSQL. very happy with how simple it is to use while being advanced enough to cover all aspects of stuff i need to use/do/know being a server developer and admin. its so great, i can use these issues list as my "todo list" just like i normally would on GitHub issues or something.

Developer responded to my first question, but completely ignored that his plugin’s core function is broken for the last 6 versions. As other reviews say all versions past 5.10.0 do not work as no one (even opped players) cannot create tickets).

If you download this plugin, you MUST use 5.10.0 if you want players to be able to create a ticket (which is the entire point of this plugin)

Hands down the best "helpop" plugin out there! the "staff" tools are simply amazing and easy to deal with, and with promises to help make the "player" side of the plugin more seamless, its only going to get better! this is your one-stop-shop for everything you need to get assistance to your players!!

It's a good plugin, I rarely post reviews because I believe that every developer puts in a lot of work in each plugin. However I really want the plugin to support 1.14.X Items which it does not as of me posting this review. The developer seems unresponsive in the Discord.

This has to be the best Ticket/Reporting/Help plugin I have ever seen or used. Other plugins are clunky and require multiple commands to get the job done, where this plugin uses a nice GUI and is so easy to use. Yes, it is a premium plugin, but it is well worth the money in my opinion. Very active developer, if you have a bug and you post it in the discussion section he will fix it within 2-3 hours tops. Would love if you added a donate button to this page so I could show my thanks that way.

This is the best multi-purpose reporting plugins out there! It's very fast, efficient and let's a staff member assist a player with ease. The gui is very clean! The problem with most /report plugins is that it only let's u report a player. This plugin let's you report ANYTHING! Bugs,grief, etc.
