Major Changes (Most Important in Green) :
- All Ticket alerts (such as new ticket alerts and punishment alerts) are now broadcast to all Spigot servers connected to a BungeeCord Proxy.
- Numerous existing bug fixes. (including fixing some misconfiguration issues).
- Improved cross-server punishment syncing.
- Updated formatting of chat alerts for new tickets.
- Minor astetic changes to various commands.
